A Maker of Traditional Persian Musical Instruments
I’ve already mentioned this wonderful shop in Yazd in connection with Persian music. Moslem Mirzazadeh makes traditional Persian instruments, the tar and the settar, both of which he played for us. In the photo at the above, he’s playing the tar.
My first blog called Keepers: Recipes Worth Keeping (May 2009) started as a way to begin compiling a cookbook of my favorite recipes of the last 45 years. In Spring 2011 I put these favorites into a blog called Keepers: The Cookbook. I turned my recent (Summer 2011) small handcrafted Tomato Prints and Recipes cookbook into a blog so that more of you could enjoy it. Cooking and eating are my passion. I hope these blogs bring you pleasure and perhaps nurture your passion for cooking and eating. Click on View below to find a link to the other two blogs.
